Paying by Credit or Debit Card

We accept Credit and Debit Card payments. All payments can be paid on-line via the website. We can also take card payments over the telephone or in person at one of our training centres.

Risk and Responsibility

Motorcycling can be dangerous. Although every effort is made to ensure your safety during your course, you must realistically accept that there is a real risk that an accident may occur. The results of an accident could result in loss, damage, expense, personal injury or death to you. Unless shown to be negligent, your instructor and Redee Motorcycle Training Limited will not be liable for any expenses, loss, damage, personal injury or death as a result of any accident that may occur.

Any damage caused to Redee equipment, including our motorcycles will be recoverable from the customer unless otherwise agreed. There is an option to purchase a collision damage waiver in addition to cost the course prices.

You have an obligation to inform us in advance of any course starting should you have any medical condition, be it physical or other, that may hinder you and your training on the course. If we are aware of such medical conditions we can help and if appropriate tailor the course delivery to suit your requirements. However if this information is not shared in advance we may not always be able to facilitate this.

If you incur any summons, penalties or fines whilst riding our motorcycles, due to your manner of riding on the road, upon request your details will be passed to the relevant prosecuting authority and you will be responsible for any action taken against you.

Insurances

Motorcycle – If you use one of our motorcycles, you will be insured for carrying out your training while you are accompanied by one of our instructors and are wearing a Redee High-Visibility Vest.

Personal – Whilst you will be covered for third party liability while riding one of our motorcycles, personal accident insurance cover is not included in the cost of a course. You may elect to purchase personal accident insurance separately. This is not a service we offer.

Cancellations

If a course is cancelled due to Coronavirus restrictions, we will offer a full refund of all monies paid less an administration fee of £30 per booking. The refund will be made within 14 days of notifying you of the cancellation.

If we cancel a training course due to circumstances within our control, for example insufficient participants on a course, you will be offered an alternative date for your course, if no suitable alternative date can be agreed you receive a full refund. The full refund will be made within 14 days of our notifying you of the cancellation.

Our standard cancellation policy is as follows;

You must give 7 clear days notice for any non test training course (CBT, 125cc, Rusty Rider, Road coaching or any other non test training)

Any courses for test training (including the test itself) we require 10 days’ notice to make a cancellation to ensure we can release these tests back to DVSA and avoid losing fees paid.

For any courses cancelled within the above notice periods, there will be a £10 processing fee on all cancellations to cover charges from our payment system provider.

Any non attendance on scheduled training days will mean that the fee for that individual training session will be forfeited and any subsequent replacement training sessions will be charged at full price. If it is a training session for a test course then you may also forfeit your test session if you cannot re-train before the test date.

Redee Motorcycle Training reserves the right to cancel any training should there be a suspicion that the customer is under the influence of drink or drugs

Redee Motorcycle Training reserves the right to stop training at any time if the customer’s actions become dangerous and/or unsafe on the road and the customer is not acting in accordance with instructions given by the instructor. In these circumstances no refunds will be made.
