Ongoing opportunities exist for full or part-time CBT and DAS Instructors to join our professional and dedicated team. In addition if you want to become a Motorcycle Instructor and if (following our recruitment process) you fit as a part of our team we will also provide free training to the right candidates.

Redee Motorcycle Training was formed from a clear passion for motorcycles and motorcycle training. Our Instructors are passionate professionals who wish to pass that passion on to riders of all levels and abilities.

In return successful candidates will receive a comprehensive training package, upon completion of training you will receive a competitive rate of pay. At Redee we are all about working hard, delivering excellent training, but we want our staff to have fun. We believe that if our staff are happy, enjoy delivering training, and are well looked after, they will deliver their very best to our clients in return. As defined in your terms and contract, work will be offered on a adhoc basis and will involve both weekdays and weekends.

Prerequisites

The successful applicants should have excellent interpersonal skills, have held a full A or A2 category motorcycle licence for at least 3 years, be aged over 21 yrs and have good verbal / written / IT skills. Ideally you will hold either an IAM Pass or a ROSPA Silver minimum, or be willing to work towards this. A current recognised 3 day First Aid at Work (FAW) qualification would be particularly advantageous.
